The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill , Pennsylvania is seeking a Sales Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll pay a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and enhancing relationships with corporate and business accounts to drive mid-week business at the hotel and convention center. This person will solicit, plan and book business for the property.

What you'll do

  • Conducting site inspections to showcase our hotel and convention center facilities to potential clients
  • Selling all aspects of the hotel to maximize revenue to include rooms, event spaces and amenities
  • Handle account details meticulously to ensure that all aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with corporate, business and travel industry accounts

You'll be successful if you have

  • Knowledge of the hotel structure and how all departments interact
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • A desire to grow with the company

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Experience with Opera would be beneficial
