The Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards. This role includes inspecting rooms and public spaces, coordinating with the housekeeping team, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality control. The supervisor communicates regularly with other departments to ensure smooth operations and promptly addresses any issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
