The franchised La Quinta by Wyndham location in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking a Front Desk Representative (Franchise) to join its team at the La Quinta by Wyndham Montgomery.
The Role
The overall purpose of this job is to provide courteous and punctual service to the guest to fulfill their needs to the best of our abilities
What you'll do
- Including basic operations such as check in and check out.
- Stocking the small shop and coffee stations.
- General being professional under most any situations.
You'll be successful if you have
- Basic Computational.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to help the guests.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Preferred (but not required) 1 year hotel experience.
- Required 6 months customer service experience.
- High school education preferred.
