The franchised Travelodge by Wyndham location in Puyallup, Washington is seeking a Front Desk Attendant (Franchise) to join its team at the Basecamp Puyallup, A Travelodge By Wyndham.
The Role
Join our team as a Front Desk Attendant and be the friendly face that welcomes guests to an exceptional hotel experience! We're looking for someone who loves helping people, stays cool under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll handle check-ins, answer guest questions, and ensure every stay starts and ends on a high note. What you'll do
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will manage room bookings in-person, online, and over the phone, while answering guest inquiries about available rooms, amenities, rates, special requests, and rewards programs. You'll greet guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, distribute keys, and securely record credit card information. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you'll also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of guest account information. You'll collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for new arrivals and step in to address and resolve customer complaints as needed, ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from start to finish.

Required Qualifications/Experience
The ideal candidate for this role is friendly, dependable, and adaptable, with excellent communication and customer service skills. They should be comfortable using computers and phone systems, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Previous experience in hospitality or a front desk role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow.
