The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a Banquet Chef (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.
The Role
- The Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center is on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Banquet Chef to supervise the daily production of food for all catered events.
What you'll do
- Assist in the creation and planning of menus, ordering, and inventory
- Banquet food production, preparation and presentation
- Supervisor and manage kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen sanitation levels
- Control labor and food costs
- Order food based on need
You'll be successful if you have
- The leadership skills along with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate must be able to establish priorities and possess good communication skills. Attention to detail is very important.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a culinary management/supervisor position, preferably in a high volume banquet facility.
